  • Miphologia Jewelry ships from office in Spain. All orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via DHL Express within 2-5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
  • We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
  • Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
  • Miphologia Jewelry is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us Immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
  • Orders may ship immediately if the item(s) are in stock. Some of our pieces are made to order - restock takes between 2 and 5 weeks. Pre-order items are noted in product description.


  • Miphologia Jewelry is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
  • In the unfortunate event that your package is missing, please contact your local post office immediately for record of non-delivered package(s). We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address.  

Returnes & Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Miphologia Jewelry will not be responsible for any loss or difficulties during the transportation. Miphologia Jewelry is also not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns to

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange of items that have been damaged by misuse or non-compliance with rules of care.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings and studs unless faulty. Even if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return or cancel the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Ones your order was picked up by delivery service, we won't be able to cancel it.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
