WHAT KIND OF PRODUCT MATERIALS DO YOU USE? 

Most of our jewelry is made of Silver 925 with 18ct Gold Vermeil or Rhodium Plating.

Other materials vary from one design to another: Cubic Zirconia and fresh water pearls.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VERMEIL AND PLATING?

Gold vermeil and gold-plating are similar processes. But vermeil has much thicker gold layer and metal underneath is sterling silver. Due to this reasons last longer than gold-plated jewelry, but can still need a special care to prevent tarnish.

HOW LONG IS THE LIFESPAN OF THE JEWELRY?

All our jewelry is carefully handcrafted and stones are hand-set. The surface treatments used allow our jewels to be guaranteed for 1 year. However abrasive products and inappropriate use can affect the quality of the jewel faster.

WHAT IS CHAIN WITH ADJUSTER?

Our chains with adjuster designed with a slider that glides over the chain. Hold it from one side and pull the bead to lengthen or shorten.

WHAT IS CARABINER LOCK AND HOW TO USE IT?

The carabiner lock has a screw opening mechanism that also allows you to add chains, charm or pendant and personalise your jewelry style.

HOW DO I WEAR CHAIN WITH CARABINER LOCK?

Each chain designed to be worn with Carabiner Lock has rings from both ends. The Carabiner Lock has an opening mechanism: unscrew it, tread the rings and screw it back. Wear it as a single necklace or add on charms.

DO YOU SELL CHARMS WITH CHAINS?

All our charms we sell without chains. To add one choose from the Additional Product option on product page or from Necklace Collection.

WHAT ARE TYPES OF EARRINGS?

There are different types of earrings you can find on miphologiajewelry.com:

  • Mono Earrings: it is sold as 1 unit et doesn't come as a pair. If you want to create a pair, order it in 2 or more quantities or mix it with another mono earring
  • Ear Cuffs: it does not require your ears to be pierced - simple slide it along your ear and fix it
  • Hoop earrings: these are in a hoop design
  • Stud Earrings: earrings with floating appearance on the ear or earlobe without a visible (from the front) point of connection. At the back is held in place by a removableback or clutch (also known as a butterfly scroll)

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE?

All discount codes and gift cards need to be entered at the checkout page (box labelled 'gift card or discount code'). Please note that you can't use multiple codes with the same purchase. Your first order discount will then be applied at the final stage of the checkout if you opened the website from Welcome email link.

HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?

The majority of our rings are designed adjustable and should fit most people.

WHAT IS MIPHOLOGIA JEWELRY WARRANTY?

We guarantee our jewels 1 year. This warranty is applicable on every product. During this warranty period, we offer an exchange services if jewelry piece was broken due bad quality of craftsmanship. In this case you need to send us email to info@miphologiajewerly.com with photos, description and invoice.

HOW WILL MY JEWELRY BE PACKED?

All orders will be shipped with Miphologia Jewelry signature boxes and pouches.

You may discover new pieces and collections on our homepage.

In JEWELRY menu you can choose options to shop by products, collections or materials. You can also go to TRENDING and explore our best selling and trending pieces.

When you have chosen the products you would like to purchase, select color and quantity, and click on either ADD TO CHART or BUY IT NOW.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Click on the icon on the top right-hand corner, and click on "Create Account". 

CAN I SHOP WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, when you have placed the items into your shopping bag and started the checkout process, you can fill your contact information without creating an account.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

In case you change your mind, you can't modify your order. It is only possible to contact our team by info@miphologiajewelry.com for cancellation and refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

It can happen that some products are out of stock.

You can leave your email on the product page for restock updates.

If you can't find a product you are interested in on our website, probably we don't sell it anymore.

WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?

Pre-order items are pieces that are out of stock at the moment. It take about 4-6 weeks for us to begin selling them again.

If you are interested in any of pre-order pieces, please leave your email on the product page for restock updates.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE?

For both Gift Cards and Discounts, please entered a code at the checkout page (a box labelled 'gift card or discount code' under your purchase information). Please note that you can't use multiple codes in one transaction. Your first order or automated discount will then be applied at the final stage of the checkout.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

All items are shipped in Miphologia Jewelry signature packaging. Unfortunately, we don't offer any extra wrapping service.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be modified in our system.

You can cancel your order or place a new order for the additional items.

ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SAFE?

For security reasons, Miphologia Jewelry does not save credit card information. The data is immediately passed on to the company’s partner systems for payment processing.

If you believe that someone has tried to misuse your credit card, please follow the instructions of your credit card issuer immediately and contact customer relations of your bank.

IS YOUR ONLINE SHOP SECURE?

The details provided to Miphologia Jewelry will not be forwarded to any third parties under any circumstances.

CAN I RETURN EARRINGS?

Due to hygiene reasons reasons we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings and studs unless faulty.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship worldwide apart from Russian Federation due to certain regulations. International shipping charges apply.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD YOU USE?

All orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via DHL Express worldwide.

Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Miphologia Jewelry is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

IS MY SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

The security of your order delivery is one of our priorities. All Miphologia Jewelry online purchases require a signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday by DHL.

If your order have been delivered, but was not signed by you, please check neighbours or offices next door or contact DHL in your country.

HOW CAN I CANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We would be able to modify your delivery address if your order has not been dispatched yet. Once it was pick up by courier we won't be able to modify your address or any information. In this situation please contact DHL in your country.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PURCHASE HAVEN'T ARRIVED?

Once we have dispatched the order, you will be inform by email. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery requested, please check DHL link information. During high or holiday season delivery could be delayed.

If your order have been delivered, but was not signed by you, please check neighbours or offices next door or contact DHL in your country.

WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM OR SOMETHING WAS MISSING?

We apologise if your purchase have missing or wrong item. For all enquiries please contact our team at info@miphologiajewelry.com

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GOT LOST?

Miphologia Jewelry is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.

In the unfortunate event that your package is missing, please contact your local post office immediately for record of non-delivered package(s). We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address.  

WHAT IS YOUR RETUN POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@miphologiajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

To initiate any returns please email info@miphologiajewelry.com with the following information:

  • your name
  • order number
  • reason for returning the item(s)
  • whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

Everything should be returned in their original packaging. More details find on Returns & Exchange page.

Please note that earrings can't be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless they are faulty).

And we offer an exchange services if jewelry piece was broken due bad quality of craftsmanship.

Unfortunately, you also will be charged for the full delivery price.

WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Unfortunately, we don't offer returns for sale items.

CAN I RETURN BUNDLE AND SET ITEMS?

Miphologia Jewelry will not accept returns of individual items within the normal set and will only accept returns of the entire set. It won't be possible to return only one item or not the full set.

Bundle sets, where you enjoy a sale or discount as a result of purchasing one or more items, can't be returned.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Miphologia Jewelry will send you an automatic email including the tracking number after your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order on the website of DHL (www.dhl.com) or if you log in online to your Miphologia Jewelry Account.

WHICH PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following types of payment for online purchases:

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY

and Pay Pal

When selecting PayPal as a method of payment at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking paying. Once this transaction is complete, you will then be redirected to miphologiajewelry.com.

All submitted personal and payment information are encrypted for your security. Our customers' privacy is very important for us.

DO ONLINE PRICES INCLUDE TAXES?
